Roles are used in the Processes directory when assigning responsibility for work. An example of a role could be a job title or informal responsibilities that a user performs.
If you fill out Roles and build Processes, you will be able to implement a process-based management approach, generate reports on responsibilities (job descriptions), and develop business process guidelines.
