View users’ records

The main task of the Administrator is to configure the Fox24 portal for other Users. However, they also have access to all elements of the user’ records.

The administrator cannot add new items or edit data in these directories. The administrator needs access to these directories for other purposes. For example, to find a deal or contact without knowing which user created it. Or to grant access to another user when the user who created it is unable to do so (e.g., due to illness).

To change the owner of an item, select it in the corresponding directory and click the Change owner button.
