Cloud licenses (Lite and Pro) run on our server and are paid monthly. Updates and technical support are included in the cloud license price. If payment is not made, access to the service will be restricted, and after a certain period of time, user data may be deleted.
The on-premise version (Box) runs on the customer’s server. Payment is made once. The license includes 1 year of updates and technical support. If payment is not made, the license will continue to work indefinitely but will not be updated. Box licenses can be customized by developers to accommodate customer’s particular preferences and expectations.
