Importing allows you to transfer data from other sources or software products to Fox24. Currently, you can import data into 4 directories:
- Contacts
- Counterparties

| D | Telephone |
| E | |
| F | Info |

How to import data
After you have created the relevant files in Excel format, you need to log into your Fox24 account as an administrator.
Select Import from the menu on the left.

Next, upload the prepared MS Excel file with the data.

After uploading, you will see the data from the file in the table.
The Settings button will become active. Click it.

In the settings window, select the Reference where the data should be imported and the User on whose behalf the data will be added. This user will have full access to the imported data and will be able to configure access for other users.
If the first row of the table contains column names rather than data for import, you should start importing from row 2.
If there is duplicate data in the import file or in the Fox24 database (with the same name in column A), you can configure the program to skip such rows using the Ignore duplicates option.
Complete configuration by clicking the Save button.
After that, the Import button will become active. Click it and confirm the start of the import.

After completing the import, the program will report on the number of items imported.
