Users can only start working with the portal after the administrator has configured the Fox24 platform and created Users.

If Administrator has entered your email address, you will receive a letter with your login and password to your mailbox.

You can change this information later in your Account settings.

The administrator should provide you with the address to log in to your personal account. This may be the address of our cloud service like https://fox24.cloud/idxxx/, where xxx is your unique identifier, or a personalized URL, or the IP address or domain of your organization if you are using the On-premise Box License.

Log in with your username and password.

Make sure you are trying to log in as a User, not as an Admin.

In your account, on the left side, there is a menu that you can use to navigate through the various sections of the portal.

In the Home section, which opens by default, you can see the results of your work for the day, a list of your tasks, scheduled and overdue events, and the status of your goals.

Using the < and > arrows, you can see the results of the previous days’ work.
