Fox24 activation and settings

Once you have activated your trial, purchased a Cloud License, or configured your server with a Box License, you can start administering the Fox24 portal.

When you go to the Fox24 portal URL, you will see an activation window.

This window will appear only once for a Box License and may not appear at all for a Cloud License if you are using a personalized URL.

Activate your license using the login and password you used in your personal account at https://cabinet.fox24.app/account/

After activation, you will see the authorization window.

Sign in as Admin using the login and password you used in your personal account at https://cabinet.fox24.app/account/. The Admin login and password are linked to your license in your personal account, so you can only change them through our website at https://cabinet.fox24.app/account/.

In the administrator’s account, on the left side, there is a menu that can be used to navigate through the various sections of the portal.

In the Home section, which opens by default, you can see the status of your license, the personal details of the license owner, and the number of resources used and available for your license type.

You can change the license type or extend its validity period through your account on the website https://cabinet.fox24.app/account/. All data will be automatically synchronized.

There can only be one portal administrator. The administrator’s main tasks are to add users, configure other items and settings, and manage access. This can be done from the Administration and Settings menu section.

Although the administrator has access to the contacts, leads, counterparties, deals, products, documents, and other items, he cannot create new items or edit them. His goal is to control the filling out of these items and configure access to them for other users.
