PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY AND IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

This Agreement only applies to On-premise version of Product.

1. NAMED USER LICENSE

A single license of this product is licensed for one Person or one Company only. You can install and activate your copy of Fox24 App on one or more than one PCs (or Servers) which will be used by you or your company‘s staff only.  A single license can not be shared among several different companies or people who work in different companies. For each new company you need to obtain a separate license.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE AND SCOPE OF USE.

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL OR USE THIS PRODUCT.

Definitions
  • Software: Any portion of the Fox24 App or portion of the bundled libraries. This includes all distributed files as a part of Fox24 App. Including but not limited to binary files (.exe), resource files, help files, documents and etc.
  • Modifications: Any portion of Software which is modified by you.

YOU MAY,

i) Use this Software to create databases, store information, generate documents and reports for internal or business use.

ii) Distribute and publish generated content by Software.

iii) Import, export or transfer any user-generated data in Software.

iv) Modify or add new translations and templates.

Following restrictions apply,

YOU MAY NOT:

i) Create derivative apps or similar tools or products based on Software which can be in competition with original product.

ii) Sell, license, assign or publish the Software or Modifications or parts of it.

iii) Alter, decompile, or attempt to reverse engineer the Software.

iv) Remove or alter any proprietary notices, copyright notice, nag message, license text, logos or trademarks on the Software.

3. LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED TO YOU “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE APPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE ACCURACY AND THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND ALL OTHER RISK ARISING FROMTHE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND DOCUMENTATION.

FOX MANAGER SOFT LTD CAN’T BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FORM OF DAMAGE RESULTED FROM DIRECT OR INDIRECT USE OF THIS PRODUCT. USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

4. SUPPORT

You will be assisted in installation process to fix your issues regarding installation. This product grants one year of subscription to all minor and major updates including new versions. Your subscription will start at time of purchase and will end one year later unless you renew your subscription. You will not receive any extra support options as a part of this subscription.

You can report bugs, ask for new features, post questions and request support at . There is no warranty that your question will be answered, your requested feature will be implemented, your support request will be answered and/or your reported bugs will be fixed. Fox Manager Soft ltd will try to prioritize bugs and fix them in upcoming releases. Fox Manager Soft ltd does not warranty that all bugs or any specific bug will be fixed.
