Currently, you can only automatically upgrade from a Lite cloud license to a Pro license. It is also possible to switch from a Cloud license to a Box license, but you will not be able to transfer your existing data. To switch from a Cloud license to a Box license or vice versa, please contact our technical support team.

The Box License is a one-time payment. An annual fee is required to receive support and updates. The license will continue to work indefinitely, even if you do not pay.

We use servers from well-known hosting providers in the EU, such as Hetzner (Germany) and Vultr (Poland).

Our specialists update the software and make backup copies in a timely manner, but no company can give a 100% guarantee that force majeure circumstances or a new vulnerability that compromises data will not occur. Therefore, if you are concerned about security, we recommend purchasing a Box License and placing the portal on a server within your company’s internal network.
